Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use YetiThumbs to create, request, store, or distribute illegal content; child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats; instructions for serious wrongdoing; terrorism support; trafficking; or content designed to facilitate abuse.
Safety, hate, and exploitation
Do not generate targeted harassment, hateful or dehumanising content, graphic sexual content, extreme gore, self-harm encouragement, exploitative impersonation, or deceptive content intended to defraud or materially mislead people.
Rights and privacy
Only upload or use material you have the right to process. Do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, or privacy rights. Do not create misleading endorsements or portray a real person in sensitive or deceptive circumstances without appropriate consent.
Platform integrity
Do not bypass moderation, plan limits, credits, rate limits, or access controls; probe other accounts; automate abusive traffic; resell accounts; introduce malware; scrape private data; interfere with service availability; or use stolen payment methods.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block a prompt, remove content, limit generation, preserve evidence, suspend an account, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement. Decisions consider context, severity, repetition, and legal requirements. Contact support to report abuse or appeal a decision.
