Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy explains the personal information YetiThumbs handles and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan, credit balance, and settings. We also process prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, support messages, and records needed to operate the service.
We receive transaction and subscription identifiers from Stripe, but YetiThumbs does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may collect security and diagnostic data such as IP-derived abuse signals, browser information, timestamps, request identifiers, and error records.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide generation and storage, calculate credits, process billing, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, diagnose faults, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private prompts or images for advertising. If product training practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law before the change applies.
Service providers and international processing
We use providers including Supabase for authentication, databases, and storage; Stripe for payments; Vercel for hosting; and configured AI providers for generation. They process information under their own terms and data-processing commitments. Processing may occur outside your country with legally recognised safeguards where required.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for recovery, disputes, security, tax, or legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. You may request deletion, subject to records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information, and to complain to a regulator. Contact support to make a request. We may verify your identity before acting on it.
Security and children
We use access controls, private storage, encryption in transit, limited-duration access links, monitoring, and vendor safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
YetiThumbs is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child provided personal information unlawfully.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be highlighted in the product or sent to the account email where appropriate. The date above shows the latest revision.
