Refund policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy describes when a payment may be refunded and what happens to related credits and plan access.
Request window
You may request a refund within 7 days of an initial subscription or one-time credit purchase if fewer than 5 purchased credits have been consumed. Renewal charges are refundable only where required by law or when requested within 7 days and no credits from that renewal have been used.
How to request
Contact support@yetithumbs.com from the account email and include the Stripe receipt or invoice identifier. Do not send payment-card details. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and transaction.
Credits, abuse, and service faults
Consumed credits are normally non-refundable. A generation that fails before a usable image is delivered should be automatically refunded according to the generation status recorded by the service. Duplicate charges, confirmed service errors, and statutory consumer remedies are handled separately from discretionary refunds.
Refunds may be denied for fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, attempts to exploit credits, or purchases made through an unauthorised account. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank controls when funds appear. A refund may remove associated credits, plan access, or promotional benefits. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a prior charge.
